docs: link Jetson markdown report snapshots

Summary

• Added committed Markdown snapshots for Jetson evidence and 15W/25W power-mode comparison.
• Linked the report snapshots from README, README.ko, and the Jetson Evidence Track docs.
• Preserved the local-first validation evidence scope without adding runtime behavior.

Impact

• Gives portfolio/submission docs stable Runtime report links for Jetson evidence.
• Makes the generated Markdown reports easy to review without rerunning commands.

Notes

• No Runtime schema or execution behavior changed.
• No TensorRT INT8 calibration, production server, DB/queue/auth/upload behavior was added.
