@grafana/runtime requires @openfeature/ofrep-web-provider which declares @openfeature/web-sdk as a peer dependency. Without it installed, all Jest test suites fail with "Cannot find module '@openfeature/web-sdk'".
The @openfeature/web-sdk dependency added in the previous commit triggers a cspell unknown word error in CI.
