(test-only) Add Privy wallet test page

Summary

• add a standalone /#/privy-wallet page for Privy embedded-wallet testing
• show the connected account and wallet type
• expose Privy private-key export, native-token withdrawal, and disconnect controls for the active Privy embedded wallet
• update Lingui catalogs for the new page strings

Validation

• yarn tsc -p tsconfig.json --noEmit --pretty false
• yarn exec eslint src/pages/PrivyWallet/PrivyWalletPage.tsx src/App/MainRoutes.tsx --max-warnings=0
• browser render check at http://localhost:3010/#/privy-wallet
• pre-push hook: unit tests, build, and component tests passed
