As for app - It's just a vocabulary flashcards for GRE by Magoosh. Typography by Google Fonts, handy features using Javascript / Service Workers.

Make sure to visit the cite from your mobile. Add an icon on your homescreen, go to Airplane mode, revisit the cite offline and voilà!
