Update to Minecraft version 1.21.1 and switch to NeoForge, so that we can add Create: Aeronautics.

There are some mods that don't work with Minecraft version 1.21.1 and need to be replaced.

Convert the modpack to be compatible with the Prism Launcher. This is the only change, it should be compatible with V1.34 still.

A stable version of Create: Steam 'n' Rails supporting Create 6.0.8 has finally arrived (over a month ago), which finally allows us to get rid of the bug causing post boxes to void packages when in an unloaded chunk.
