Bundled onto the Blacksmith runner-migration PR:
- anyhow 1.0.102 -> 1.0.103. This branch is off pre-fix main, so cargo-deny's
advisory lane (ci-fast) failed on RUSTSEC-2026-0190 ("Unsoundness in
Error::downcast_mut()"). 1.0.103 is the patched release; `cargo deny check
advisories` is ok. This is the actual ci-fast failure on this PR.
- repository/homepage URLs heyoub/batpak -> freebatteryfactory/batpak across the
crate manifests + docs, following the org transfer (canonical crates.io link +
badges; the old URL still auto-redirects).
No cache-action swap: Blacksmith transparently accelerates the existing
Swatinem/rust-cache + docker `type=gha` cache on its runners (in-datacenter,
~4x restore) with zero code changes, so the runs-on swap alone carries the win.
