### Step 3: Check for PR Template

Before creating the PR, search the repo for a pull request template file (e.g., `PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md`). Different platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps) store templates in different locations — look around the repo to find it.

**If a PR template is found:**
1. Read the template file
2. Use it as the structure for the PR body — fill in each section based on the changes made
3. Preserve all headings, checklists, and formatting from the template
4. Replace placeholder text with actual content relevant to this PR
5. Keep any checklist items (e.g., `- [ ] Tests added`) and check them off (`- [x]`) where applicable

**If no PR template is found:**
Use the default format shown in Step 4 below.
