Issue: zwanzig linter was pinned to v0.9.0. Solution: Updated the URL and hash in build.zig.zon to v0.10.0. The new version resolves cleanly and lint passes with no issues.

Bumps the zwanzig linter from v0.9.0 to v0.10.0.
Updated the URL and hash in
build.zig.zonto the v0.10.0 release. Confirmed withzig fetchand checked that lint still passes cleanly.
