Okta Workflow automation exports. To Import,

1: Select the Folder: In the Workflows Console, choose the folder where you want to place the imported flow.

2: Access the Import Option: From the folder's dropdown Actions menu, click Import.

3: Upload the File: Drag and drop the exported .flow file into the dialog, or click Choose file from computer to browse your local filesystem for the file. The import process begins immediately.

4: Reconnect Applications: After importing, you need to reconnect all application connections to use the flows.

5: Change the path(https://fillInTenantData.okta.com/) in the create relative path elements to your Okta tenant or change in the flow file before importing
