Adds a new Design System process proposal document (
design-system-stato-proposte-processo.md) describing phased rollout (quick wins → minimum process → governance → scaling) plus guidance on pattern-first work, cross-functional review rituals, QA DoD, metrics, and risks/mitigations.Also introduces an Argdown-based synopsis of the proposal (
design-system-stato-proposte-processo.argdown.md) along with exported HTML and CSS assets underdocs/export/for readable sharing.Written by Cursor Bugbot for commit f3fb615. This will update automatically on new commits. Configure here.
