- Add Pad sequences which allows incomplete sequences when enabled and adds empty frames for unavailable frames at the end of video
- Add Normalize support to Normalize the decoded frames
Add changes in reader and decoder to pad sequences Add unit test support to test the feature
Add support to introduce CMN node in graph when normalize is set
