INTRODUCTION

Welcome to my L.A.R.P.S which stand for Larp's automated reconfiguration program/software(I really couldnt have came up with anything better sorry brocacho) also it refernces larp(http://larp.urbanup.com/17689145) and LARBS which is an dotfiles installer for dwm so maybe use that instead of this lol.

Well Its an automated dotfiles installer what else could it be?

Also I think I should mention that It only works for arch based systems.

INSTALL

You should have whiptail installed if you SOMEHOW dont have it you can install it with this:

pacman -S libnewt

Clone the repo and get to the good stuff:

curl -sL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/feribsd/L.A.R.P.S/main/larps.sh | bash

HOW TO USE

You can launch mango by simply typing mango into the tty like so:

mango

So you can change the wallpaper with...(ik its retarded but ive had issues with graphical apps soo fuck you)

~/.config/mango/autostart.sh

this will will scan the ~/Pictures/wallpapers/ directory so just get your wallpapers in there and you will be able to change them from there and they will stick on startup

You can change your audio with just scrolling on the audio icon or you can launch wiremix to configure audio in a nice cli interface like so:

wiremix

You can connect to a wifi netowork by typing impala into the terminal

wiremix

Also if youre on artix you should install your respective init version also I will use dinit as an example because I personally think its the best

pacman -S iwd iwd-dinit

and then start it

dinitctl enable iwd
dinitctl start iwd

and then you can start it like a normal person

Alt is the main operator for my configuration because fuck the super key

Alt+b=firefox

Alt+s=grim

Alt+j=toggles floating

Alt+f=fullscreen

Alt+q=kill focused window

Alt+d=rofi

Alt+r=refreshes the config

Alt+e=pcmanfm

THINGS TO FIX/ADD

add a graphical way(tui) to revert back to your previous dots config

maybe add a greeter but nahh just type mango into the terminal youll be fine

migrate to codeberg for extra larp points

add a gtk change to the installer

ship with modified firefox

perhaps ship with more configs for waybar and rofi

add more interactivity to waybar modules

add a theme changer script like I had in i3
