Add pricing letter explaining upcoming price increase

Summary

Adds a new "A note on our pricing" letter section to the pricing page (/pricing), placed between the pricing cards and the FAQ. The letter is styled identically to the manifesto section on the homepage (leather + paper texture, founder avatars, signature block).

The letter explains:

• Char Pro was launched at $8/month, intentionally below cost
• A table of real STT provider costs (OpenAI Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, Google Cloud, AWS Transcribe) showing $0.36–$1.44/hr
• The unit economics math: a user recording 2 hrs/week already puts the service at a loss at $8/mo
• Pricing will be adjusted going forward; early-bird subscribers keep their rate; free tier stays

• Verify STT pricing numbers are accurate enough for public display — these were sourced from provider pricing pages as of Feb 2026. Double-check Deepgram Nova-3 ($0.46/hr), AssemblyAI Universal ($0.65+/hr), Google Cloud STT ($0.96/hr), AWS Transcribe ($1.44/hr), OpenAI Whisper ($0.36/hr). Incorrect numbers on a public page would undermine credibility.
• Review the letter copy for tone and business commitments — the letter promises to honor early-bird rates for active subscribers and states the free tier isn't going away. Make sure these align with actual plans before publishing.
