Why & How

Update Docusaurs to 3.10 release, preform related changes described in the release blog post to prepare code base to v4:

Summary of changes:

  • bump Docusaurus to 3.10, update config
  • rename some MD files to MDX where it was required due to strict checks (retaining the git history if possible)
  • refactor docs inline comments syntax
  • refactor admonition blocks syntax
  • disable @typescript-eslint/no-unused-vars rule for MDX files due to false-positive warnings

Note

To do not force more changes in #5038, I will rebase the PR and ship it after the latest blog post lands on main.

PR rebased, and latest blog post and 0.85 have been updated. After this changeset land we will follow-up with all doc files rename to MDX for better linting, and semantic correctness.
