IMplementation of the stress-life prediction function based on the Goodman mean-stress correction based on the Issue #44.
At the moment, the function outputs both N and sigma_eq. However, from my point of view, it should only have sigma_eq and not N, as described in the issue #44. The same changes apply to the other mean-stress criteria (Gerber, Morrow, etc.).
