Termux/Android project-test status:

• cargo test -p codex-core --release --target aarch64-linux-android was blocked by an Android linker crash in schemafy.
• cargo test -p codex-core --target aarch64-linux-android was blocked by a rustc ICE while compiling opentelemetry-proto.

These failures are toolchain crashes on this Android environment rather than application test assertion failures.
