This pull request updates VLSub to 0.11.0 from VLC official repository. I kept a few improvements that were on this repository like HTTP 1.1 protocol and few languages (I didn't notice anything else).
I also implemented a fix that solves an error, when you try to open VLSub while in network stream mode. That happens when you stream with i.e. Popcorn Time or WebTorrent.
