feat(byte90): Add support for byte90 and improve code

Description

• Add support for Byte90 as display
• Update dependencies to use latest versions (which no longer need initialize_display()) and to use latest version of RTSP client which improves jpeg handling to be more robust / generic.
• Remove calls to initialize_display and initialize_touchpad
• Manually allocate DRAM for JPEG decoding
• Clean up / improve mdns query parsing
• Improve performance with some sdkconfig updates
• Update CI to also build for byte 90

Motivation and Context

• Improves performance
• Allows a wider variety of streams (including desktop streams)
• Allows me to run it on a tiny computer (Byte90)
• Improves reliability of JPEG decoding
• Improves mDNS query parsing

How has this been tested?

• Build and run main on ESP32-S3-BOX
• Build and run main on Byte90
