UI addition

Addded the following feature:

• An GUI for easy startup of Mosca
• Inputs for parametrization of Mosca session
• Start/Stop/Quit Buttons
• Allowing a closed Mosca UI to be displayed back if close inadvertently
• A button to quickly expose OSC parameters to other compatible software
• A button to quickly reconnect Mosca between a specficied software and the current system output (requires on jack2 and jack-example-tools)
• Easy way to add an ambisonic coordinate setup
• Auto loading/saving configuration (can be found in ~/.config/Mosca)
• Auto loading/saving speaker setup (same as above)

In order to test it, evaluate the following:
