Promotes the dev integration branch to main. Documentation + anti-entropy guard only — no runtime behavior changes.

Included

  • docs(evidence): refresh EVIDENCE.md to v0.6.4 semantics + freshness tripwire #89 — docs(evidence): refresh EVIDENCE.md to v0.6.4 semantics + freshness tripwire. Brings the artifact-contract doc current (all nine Verdict members in §4.5; producer/read-only-consumer framing in §2; paraphrase validity lineage in §4.2; cli_invocation cross-link in §4.1; oracle-effects-via-verdict clarification) and adds tests/meta/test_evidence_doc_freshness.py, a coarse tripwire asserting every verdict member and read-only consumer is named in the doc.
