Initial public release for a2speed.

disk does not have ProDos or basic.system installed. Boot with your favorite boot disk and then load this disk.

Minor fixes. CPU recognition and machine recognition now works more correctly.
Image is now bootable and autostarts a2speed.

If 80col card is missing, will not work correctly. (original II and II+)
