Add nil check in getResourceSchema to handle cases where terraform providers schema command fails (e.g., incompatible provider versions). Also add provider version constraints to git_issue_56 test fixture to ensure compatibility with Terraform 0.13.
Pin kubernetes=2.1.0 and google=3.65.0 for TF 0.12/0.13 compatibility.
