Issue Workaround
Missing info for invited external users: When checking-in attendees and an external guest is automatically added to the attendees list, that record will have missing information Add the external user as a visitor to ensure you store their full name, phone and email for required reporting
When checking into a room without a meeting, it's not possible for users to check-in to the same ad-hoc meeting (for reporting purposes) once the initial check-in is completed Filter the report by check-in time and room, not by the meeting.
