Hi everyone! My name is Emma Bowen, welcome to my portfolio focusing on my completed R projects! This repository holds my personal R projects, focusing on data visualization, ecological modeling, and data/statistical analyses. This repository aims to present my R skills and continue to strength and challenge my knowledge through completion of personal projects.
I am a current masters student at Arizona State University in the Computational Life Sciences program and am expected to graduate fall 2026! I am very passionate about data analysis and visualization within the realm of life sciences as well as bioinformatics and genomics. I graduated from Oregon State University in 2023 with a B.S. in Biology, then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Chemical Technican for two years, where I learned valuable laboratory and interpersonal skills.
