v2: Added command-line features

Changes in v2

• Added new command arguments for easier setup and Arc troubleshooting:
  • startup [on/off]: Automatically adds or removes ArcFix to the startup programs
  • reset: Resets and backup Arc's data (requires the "ArcFix.exe startup on" to be executed before)
  • restore: Restores Arc's data
