Followup #953 (fixes the build error in #953 (review))
GTK stylesheets are now going to be built and installed only when the build option
gtk-stylesheetsis enabled. This option is disabled by default in Granite 7 and we don't explicitly enable it in the rules file, so we can simply removeusr/share/themes/Granite/gtk-4.0from the .install file for now in Granite 7 and get it back again in Granite 9, where this option will be enabled by default.
