Retirando o sidrar como dependente da função de desemprego

This PR removes the packages sidrar, janitor, and stringr from the project dependencies.

• Refactored internal functions to eliminate the need for these packages.
• Standardized data handling to rely only on core tidyverse components already in use.
• Simplified the dependency tree and reduced the overall package footprint.
• Improved maintainability and reduced potential installation friction.

No breaking changes to the public API.
