Edgelet reports diskUsage in decimal GiB, not binary MiB. Align conversion and tests with the status API and document AgentStatus field units.
Move iofog-go-sdk and iofog-operator to v3.8.0, NATS to 2.14.3, and edgelet to 1.0.0; update edgelet installation doc examples to match.
