Measure control-plane and embedded containerd child usage via process RSS and parallel gopsutil sampling instead of Go heap and sequential polls. Expose agent/runtime breakdown on GET /v1/system/status; keep cpuUsage and memoryUsage as stack totals for Pot PUT status. External docker/podman engines remain agent-only with no runtime child tracking.
