Maybe consider adding
--s3-no-check-bucketto the rclone command since my local machine attempts to create the bucket. Doesn't happen on the deployed Mac. Others have seen this exact same problem too when using--no-traverse: https://forum.rclone.org/t/rclone-attempts-to-create-an-s3-bucket-even-though-the-bucket-and-path-already-exist/49370
