Summary

Adds postinstall scripts to the AU and VST3 component packages that run xattr -cr on the installed plugins
Fixes AU (and VST3) failing to load in DAWs on macOS due to Gatekeeper quarantine flags on downloaded installers

Test plan

Verified pkgbuild embeds the postinstall scripts correctly
Install from .pkg on a fresh machine and confirm plugins load without manual xattr commands
