TWS computation needs a LakeMask with values other than 0 and 1. The additional line sets LakeMask back to 0/1, no impact if original (default) LakeMask is used.
Soil storage is computed for each of the three soil layers separately to enable an output of individual soil layers, not only the sum of the three.

The newly added module waterstorage.py enables the computation of terrestrial water storage (TWS) and individual mass components (soil moisture, river, lakes, snow, groundwater) as well as river flow momentum.
Introduces three new options:
repTWSMaps -- storage of total water storage
repStorageMaps -- storage of individual mass components
repFlowMomMaps -- storage of river flow momentum
