Will also create a PR for
dwave-experimentaldocstrings, which currently fail doctest, and then I'll update the "dwave-experimental Utilities" section properly.Note that the technical content is already approved, this PR just moves it into the standard docs, formats appropriately to the surrounding content, and adds
dwave-experimentaldocumentation.
