This in theory allows the employer to get the best deal but also changes how the traditional system works instead of looking for a worker now the employer can simply put up a job and the worker comes to them. Allow the bidding of work to be similar to auctions but in the reverse – reverse auction. This application should allow the employer to have control of bidding so they can decide which auction protocols they want to use for the job they are posting. There are many protocols such as: English, Dutch, First-price sealed or Second-price sealed which could be implemented.
