First public release of the Filled Elastomer Simulation Package (FESP).

This release includes template LAMMPS input files, AMDAT input files, and supporting analysis scripts for simulating and analyzing filled elastomer systems. The repository contains tools for simulation setup, deformation workflows, trajectory reanalysis, spatial decomposition, OVITO-based analysis, and aggregation of statistics from simulation outputs.
