[SD-1292] content collection UI tests

Changed

• Add basic content collection tests
  • This checks the landing page component exists, can be added to a page, and can be interacted with
  • It also checks that the custom node autocomplete endpoint is working, as well as the taxonomies and terms JSON API endpoints
  • And it checks that the component is 'hydrated' with the correct 'live' data from Drupal i.e. the page titles and term names
• Secondary: Wrap Drupal::service('tide_site_restriction.helper') in try catch

@MdNadimHossain I've done this as a PR to the main content collection branch so the changes can easily be seen and reviewed. Cheers
