The package is being deleted from the dotnet-eng feed and moved to dotnet-tools. - src/extension.ts: rename DOTNET_ENG_FEED -> DOTNET_TOOLS_FEED, update URL and comment - README.md: update feed links and troubleshooting references - CHANGELOG.md: update feed link Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
