Use case: An user might want to work on the chores assigned to them or still not assigned, whereas they might not be interested in the chores already assigned to other users.

Use case:
An user might want to work on the chores assigned to them or still not assigned, whereas they might not be interested in the chores already assigned to other users.
The idea is that the responsability of a chore is shared to everybody until when it is not "taken" by somebody, so the user wants to see all the chores they have responsability for, even if shared.
The commit contains also a minor refactoring to avoid code duplication (new React element
MenuItem_QuickFilter).Related issue: donetick/donetick#486
