I reverted the changes from https://github.com/discord/react-native/pull/8/changes, as we want to stay with
measureAsyncOnUI. The other change (the callback) is enough to handle, and correspond to what we already have on current main:react-native/packages/react-native/React/Fabric/Mounting/RCTMountingManager.mm
