Adds the Spraay x402 Gateway as a Tool Integration for Haystack.
What it does:
haystack-spraay provides components and tools that let Haystack agents and pipelines send batch USDC payments, check balances, make RPC calls, and query oracle prices across 15+ blockchains via the Spraay x402 gateway.
