Closes #76

🎯 Overview & Motivation

The GitHub repository list fetched and rendered all user profiles into a raw array mapped directly to the search input state. Because of this, every single keystroke executed an active array filter calculation, blocking the browser's main UI thread and causing severe input lag for profiles with hundreds of repositories.

This PR introduces an enterprise-grade useDebounce hook alongside React's useMemo to throttle text evaluations, ensuring silken typing performance while adding dynamic sorting capabilities.

🛠️ Changes Implemented

  • Custom useDebounce Hook: Connected the input field to a 300ms delayed state threshold, delaying processor-heavy .filter() evaluations until the user finishes typing.
  • Memoized Computing Vectors: Wrapped the filtered output arrays inside useMemo to cache results between unrelated state renders (like deploying a project).
  • Advanced UX Sorting Matrix: Capitalized on the memoized framework to inject a new dynamic layout dropdown (Alphabetical, Stars, Recently Updated).
