  Chrome/Firefox MV3 extension: right-click on a product page to save it directly to a Noted wishlist. New /api/v1/wishlist-items REST endpoint + api_keys table for token auth. Extension lives in /browser-extension/. See docs/V2_DESIGN.md Phase 10.
