Looks fine. But, are we updating copyrights for all files, even ones without changes this year? Also, is it possible to change @copyright Copyright (C) 2023 dātma, inc™ to @copyright Copyright (c) 2023 dātma, inc™ to keep to the existing pattern?

Yes, as it stands right now, we are updating copyrights for all files that have had an ODA copyright within them. They aren't updated based on the modification date. Also, the Copyright (c) capitalization should be fixed now!
