Summary
Adds intelligence toggle functionality that allows users to control whether the AI agent has access to data intelligence or not.

Supervisor Agent: Added intelligence_enabled parameter handling
UI Components: Updated frontend and backend to support the toggle
Deployment: Updated scripts to include and test the new functionality
