Adds 12-hour time formatting support via
STATUSLINE_TIME_FORMAT=12h, rendering reset times as e.g.3:50amandTue Jul 14, 12:00aminstead of the default 24-hour15:50/Tue Jul 14, 00:00.I tested this with both GNU date (linux) and BSD date (macOS)
Note: This only applies to
statusline.sh(macOS/Linux).statusline.ps1(Windows) already always renders 12-hour time and has noSTATUSLINE_TIME_FORMAT/24h option. I didn't touch that as I don't have a good way to test it.
