When installing ucumvert 0.3.0 with uv complains that it cannot resolve the dependencies. This is due to a too an oversight when lifting the lower bound for pint to 0.25 (which requires Python >= 3.11) for release 0.3.0 of ucumvert.
This PR fixes this by changing
requires-pythonto">=3.11".
