Sqlalchemy stuffs

1. Comptoir

"Comptoir" is a database that we use at school for training. comptoir.py is a python script that use Sqlalchemy to try to reproduce some stuffs that we learn at school with regular SQL statements.

I store that on github as remembering for later use.
