Install instructions:
* install https://bitbucket.org/ubernostrum/django-registration/

* rename settings.py.template to settings.py
* adjust database and template paths in settings.py
* adjust mail settings in settings.py

* run "python manage.py syncdb" to create the database and load the fixtures
