This is a rewrite of the project.

Some changes are:

• Support for rootless deployments
• Support the Sourcebans development branch
• Automatically build new minor Sourcebans releases
• Image with tag 2.0 and latest now use Sourcebans 1.7. Make sure to follow the updating instructions.

Most things should continue to work, but make sure to use the new INSTALL environment variable as described here.
