Add a repo-specific CONTRIBUTING.md grounded in the codebase: package-by-package architecture, the wiring-only composition root, the real Go build/test/lint commands (go build/test, golangci-lint run/fmt, docker build), and load-bearing gotchas (metric cardinality, lock ordering, Plex Pass degradation, websocket dial guard).
